Our passion for sport

We're in the business of fun, and at Ladbrokes, passion for sport is something our colleagues are actively encouraged to enjoy. Our millions of customers love their sport and they want to see that reflected in the service they receive and the products they use, which is why Ladbrokes runs countless initiatives throughout the year to encourage colleagues to follow the action and talk to customers about it, too.

There's often a competition, such as fantasy football or a prediction challenge, for all colleagues across our Group to take part in, while our employees are also regularly invited to previews ahead of major sporting events, with special guest speakers from the sporting world. Through these initiatives, we have given away stacks of fantastic prizes such as VIP tickets to the FA Cup final and trips to the Grand National as reward for getting involved and helping to bring a thriving sporting culture to the business.
